Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WildGrl platform (available at wildgrl.com), including any related applications, services, or features (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

WildGrl provides an AI girlfriend platform that enables users to engage in text-based conversations with artificially generated characters, generate AI-created images and videos, and create custom AI characters. All characters on WildGrl are entirely fictional. They are generated and operated by artificial intelligence systems. No character represents, embodies, or is controlled by a real human being. Interactions with characters are simulated conversations produced by machine learning models and should not be treated as advice, therapy, or communication with an actual person.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use WildGrl. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. WildGrl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to have been created by individuals under the age of 18 or that contain false registration information.

"User Content" refers to any text, prompts, images, character configurations, or other materials you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service. You retain ownership of your original User Content. However, by submitting User Content to WildGrl, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Generate, distribute, or store content depicting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. - Create content that promotes or facilitates real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm. - Engage in harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any individual. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or underlying models of the Service. - Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service without prior written consent. - Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. - Circumvent or disable any security, authentication, or access-control mechanisms of the Service. - Distribute malware, spam, or phishing material through the Service. - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content generated by WildGrl's AI systems — including text responses, images, videos, and character behaviors — is produced by machine learning models. This content: - Does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of WildGrl or its operators. - May contain factual inaccuracies, fabricated information, or contextual errors. - Should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. - Is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. AI characters are not sentient beings. They do not possess consciousness, emotions, or intentions. Any appearance of personality or emotional engagement is a product of algorithmic pattern matching and does not reflect genuine human-like awareness. WildGrl does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

WildGrl permits access to adult (NSFW) content exclusively for users who hold an active paid Pro plan and are at least 18 years of age. Even within the scope of permitted adult content, the following categories are strictly prohibited at all times and under all circumstances: - Any depiction, simulation, or reference involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts. - Non-consensual scenarios presented as endorsement or normalization of real-world sexual violence. - Content involving real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent. - Bestiality or sexual content involving animals. - Content that glorifies, promotes, or instructs on real-world sexual crimes. WildGrl employs both automated and human moderation systems to detect and remove prohibited content. Users who generate or attempt to generate prohibited content will have their accounts permanently terminated without refund, and the matter may be reported to law enforcement where applicable. Access to NSFW features is gated behind Pro plan verification. Free-tier users do not have access to explicit content generation.

All elements of the Service — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, user interface, AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology — are owned by or licensed to WildGrl and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated media (images and videos) created through the Service using your prompts are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit AI-generated media without prior written consent from WildGrl. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any WildGrl intellectual property to you.

WildGrl offers Pro plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year) with varying token allocations and feature access. Pro plans are one-time payments for a fixed period. No auto-renewal. No recurring charges. By purchasing a Pro plan, you receive immediate access to Pro features and tokens for the selected period. Your Pro access expires at the end of the purchased period. Renewal: When your Pro period expires, you may purchase a new plan at any time. There is no automatic billing. Refund Policy: All payments are final. Refunds may be issued at WildGrl's sole discretion in cases of documented technical errors that prevented service delivery. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form on our Contact page within 7 days of the charge. WildGrl reserves the right to change plan pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases only and do not affect active Pro periods.

WildGrl reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content or AI-generated content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may use automated systems, AI-based detection tools, and human reviewers to enforce our content policies. Moderation decisions are made at WildGrl's sole discretion and are final. If your content is removed or your account is restricted due to a Terms violation, you will be notified where practical, but WildGrl is not required to provide detailed explanations or to reinstate removed content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WildGrl, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. In no event shall WildGrl's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to WildGrl in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. WildGrl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. WildGrl does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk. No information or advice — whether oral or written — obtained from WildGrl or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WildGrl, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: - Your use of or access to the Service. - Your User Content. - Your violation of these Terms. - Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. - Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

WildGrl may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, prolonged inactivity, or legal or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. WildGrl may, but is not obligated to, delete your account data, including chat histories, generated media, and custom characters. You may delete your account at any time via the contact form on our Contact page. Account deletion is irreversible and results in permanent removal of your data from our active systems, subject to our data retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WildGrl's operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of WildGrl's operating entity. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.

WildGrl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
