This policy applies to all users of the Service, including visitors, free-tier users, and Pro plan holders. By accessing or using WildGrl, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, display name (optional), and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or Telegram, we receive your public profile information from those providers.
Chat Content: We store the text messages you send to AI characters and the AI-generated responses. This includes conversation histories and any prompts you submit.
Generated Media: Images and videos generated through the Service are stored on our servers and associated with your account.
Character Data: If you create custom AI characters, we store the character configurations, including appearance settings, personality parameters, and any uploaded reference images.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, character selections, message counts, and generation requests.
Device and Technical Data: We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL.
Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, remember your language preference, and track basic analytics. See Section 6 for details.
Payment Data: When you purchase a Pro plan, payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To operate the platform, deliver AI responses, generate media, maintain your chat histories, and provide your Pro features.
Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the quality and performance of our AI models and platform features.
Personalization: To remember your preferences, provide relevant character recommendations, and tailor your experience.
Communication: To send you service-related notices, respond to support inquiries, and, where you have opted in, deliver marketing communications.
Safety and Compliance: To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, moderate content, and comply with legal obligations.
Analytics: To generate aggregated, anonymized statistics about Service usage for internal reporting and business planning.
4. AI and Chat Data
Your chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers (including xAI/Grok and OpenAI) for processing and response generation. These providers process your messages in real time to generate AI responses.
Important points about your chat data:
- Chat messages are transmitted to AI providers as needed to generate responses. We select providers based on quality, speed, and availability.
- We may use anonymized and aggregated chat data to analyze patterns, improve character behaviors, and enhance our service quality. Individual messages are stripped of identifying information before any such analysis.
- We do not sell your chat messages or personal conversation data to third parties.
- AI-generated images and videos are produced using third-party inference services (including RunPod). Your generation prompts are sent to these services for processing.
- Third-party AI providers may have their own data processing policies. We select providers that commit to not using individual user data for training their general models, but we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
AI Processing Providers: Your chat messages and generation prompts are shared with third-party AI providers (xAI/Grok, OpenAI, RunPod) solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and media.
Payment Processors: Your payment information is shared with third-party payment processors to handle payment processing.
Hosting and Infrastructure: Your data is stored on third-party cloud hosting and storage providers that operate under data processing agreements with us.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus up to 30 days after account deletion to allow for recovery requests.
Chat Histories: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted when you delete a character conversation or your account.
Generated Media: Retained for as long as your account is active. May be removed from active storage after prolonged account inactivity (12+ months).
Usage and Analytics Data: Retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely for statistical purposes. Identifiable usage logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Payment Records: Retained for the period required by applicable tax and financial regulations (typically 5-7 years).
After data retention periods expire, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials.
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments and updates to our infrastructure.
Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
9. Children's Privacy
WildGrl is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will immediately delete that information and terminate the associated account.
